PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS Performance management (90-day and annual performance reviews) is more than the annual performance evaluation meeting and report; it is an ongoing process. For performance evaluations to be successful, managers must regularly evaluate their employee’s performance and not put off reviewing employees until their review dates.
Many times managers view performance evaluations as a record of employee performance only. However, evaluations also reflect how well supervisors communicate and otherwise relate to their subordinates. Additionally, a well-prepared evaluation may protect an organization as far as documentation.
VENUE INSPECTIONS (Quarterly & Annually)
Without a building inspection, the assets of your building will de-value, may become a safety issue for team members or guests, and will affect the way guests feel about the cleanliness of your venue.
Without a health inspection, your restaurant could fall victim to a foodborne illness outbreak that could ruin your establishment’s reputation and even force you to close your doors.
Inspections give you a format to make sure you have consistency in your standards of cleanliness, organization, preventative maintenance programs, repairs and maintenance programs, and can provide you with sidework daily and weekly tasks for “to do lists” for your team members.
