This workshop was developed to provide managers with a pinch of management training, a dash of creativity promoting ideas, and a smidgeon of team theory.

We only succeed through the actions of other team members.  As the manager, we must find ways to motivate them to accomplish our business goals in a way that enhances guest service.  Most team members rely on us, the management, to make their work environment a fun, interesting and challenging place to make their income.
